Hi — I'm Faisal. I take your privacy seriously, and I want to be straightforward about what data Recur Commerce collects and why. This policy covers everything: the website, the calculator, and any email communication between us.
Recur Commerce is a consulting practice based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, specializing in repeat purchase revenue systems for direct-to-consumer brands. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Recur Commerce and me, Faisal Hourani.
We only collect what you give us directly. No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics cookies, no hidden data collection.
When you use the calculator: The calculator runs entirely in your browser. No data is sent to our servers. Your numbers stay on your device.
When you fill out a form: We collect your name, email address, and store URL. That's it — three fields. We use this information to send you the revenue gap estimate you requested and to follow up about our services.
When you email us: We keep a record of our email conversations so we can provide context if you reach out again. We don't add your email to any automated mailing list without your consent.
Your information is used for exactly what you'd expect:
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We don't use it for anything you wouldn't expect.
Form submissions are sent to our business email via a secure Cloudflare Workers function. We don't store your data in a separate database or CRM. Your information lives in our email inbox, protected by the same security as our business email accounts.
This website does not use cookies. No analytics cookies, no tracking cookies, no third-party cookies. The site is static HTML and CSS — it doesn't need to remember anything about your visit.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to:

If you're based in Singapore, you're also protected under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. The rights are similar: access, correction, withdrawal of consent. The same email address applies — just reach out and I'll handle it.
If we send you follow-up emails about our services, every email includes an unsubscribe option. If you ask us to stop emailing, we stop. Immediately. No "processing period," no "one last email." We respect your inbox the same way we'd want ours respected.
We keep your data for as long as there's a reasonable business purpose — typically the duration of our working relationship plus 12 months. After that, we delete it. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.
Your form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). Our email accounts use two-factor authentication. We don't store sensitive data in spreadsheets, shared drives, or anywhere that isn't properly secured.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. We won't reduce your rights under this policy without notifying you.
